Heat resistant balaclavas

Fire resinstant

We develop optimally adapted fire protection bonnets (flame protection bonnets) especially for fire brigades. Our bonnets work as a highly heat-resistant barrier for the head, they provide additional heat protection without interfering with other tools like respirators. Unlike older flame protection methods, our fire resistant bonnets effectively protect the head from falling embers and dangerous flue gas ignitions. Thanks to state-of-the-art Kevlar and Nomex blends our balaclavas give in combination with the rest of the outerwear a high level of prodection.

Heat resistance for fire protection hoods

Every material has a flash point or starts to melt at a certain temperature. For fire protection bonnets, which we produce for fire brigades and other emergency services, it is important to have the highest possible burning or melting point. Quality makes the difference: We only use raw materials for our knitwear and products that meet our high standards.

We use extremely heat-resistant materials such as Kevlar and Nomex for our products. These synthetic fibres are non-melting, non-flammable and at the same time have a high mechanical strength.
