Silicone is not only an excellent lubricant, it also acts as a release agent. In many areas, this quality is highly valued. In other areas, however, such as resin processing, painting or electronics, this can lead to significant challenges. That’s why we decided years ago against the silicone lubricants commonly used in the textile sector and banned all raw materials contaminated with silicone from our company.

In our factory, we rely entirely on silicone-free raw materials. This way we can guarantee you quality products free of silicone lubricants. With us you can be sure: We produce 100% silicone-free gloves.

Advantages of silicone-free materials

Even the smallest traces of silicone oils in the producing machines, but also in the materials used, affect the further use of the products. Whether in the production of synthetic resin laminates or in paint shops, silicone oils prevent permanent setting of synthetic resins and paints. Conventional work gloves are therefore unsuitable, especially in highly sensitive areas such as the aircraft industry, because silicone oils are used in their manufacture. Our products, on the other hand, are guaranteed to be 100% silicone-free.
